Plum offer remote and on site support for the products and services they sell and are able to provide packages to suit most budgets. Where a service is not supported by Plum this will be stated and often additional information of how to obtain support on that product will be given.
Plum customers are able to use these pages for real time support of their equipment and services. If you are not a plum customer you may be able to obtain limited access to some of our support pages but this is only a sample of what Plum registered support customers will received.
