When you cannot answer the telephone in person use voice mail to take messages or give information to your customers. Voice mail can be set to answer all calls or just calls which are unanswered. You can add voice mail to most of our standard telephone lines, telemarketing and premium rate numbers.

We can also provide voice mail to connect to existing telephone systems or provide you with a replacement system which includes voicemail. Additional functionality allows voicemail messages to be sent by email and/or notifications of new messages to be sent by SMS. Some voice mail systems can be expanded into full auto attendant systems.
